4 submarine sandwich buns -
1 lb mixed cold cuts (salami, capicola, ham) -
1/2 lb Provolone cheese -
1 red pepper -
1 green pepper -
- Spinach (as much as you like) -
- Le Grec Italian Dressing -
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Brown the peppers until they are well done. Add the spinach.
  • Place the cold cuts, peppers, spinach, and the Provolone on the opened submarine buns. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with Le Grec Italian Dressing.
