8 salmon fillets or steaks -
1/4 cup olive oil 65 ml
4 italian tomatoes, diced -
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 125 ml
1 red onion, diced -
1 table spoon Chopped fresh basil or dried flakes 15 ml
1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives 65 ml
1/2 cup LE GREC ITALIAN dressing 125 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Brush the fillets with the olive oil and spread in a baking dish. It is recommended to cover the bottom of the dish with a parchment paper.
  • 2. In another dish, mix the other ingredients and cover the fillets with this mixture.
  • 3. Bake at 375°F ( 190°C ) for 20 minutes.

NOTES
