2 tilapia fillets -
1/4 cup all purpose flour 28 grams
1/4 tea spoon ground black pepper 1 ml
1/4 tea spoon paprika 1 ml
1/4 tea spoon thyme 1 ml
1/4 tea spoon salt 1 ml
1/4 cup LE GREC ITALIAN dressing 65 ml
4 table spoon olive oil 60 ml
1/4 tea spoon garlic powder 1 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Combine pepper, paprika, salt, thyme and flour.
  • 2. Coat the fish fillets in the mixture of spices and flour.
  • 3. In a non-stick pan, add the olive oil, heat over medium high heat and brown the fillets until cooked.
  • 4. Remove the fillets from the pan, reduce the heat and deglaze the pan with the dressing, leaving slightly on the heat.
  • 5. Tape the tilapia fillets with the sauce obtained in the pan.
  •               
              

NOTES
