Grilled Tilapia

paprika
1 ml

LE GREC ITALIAN dressing
65 ml
4 table spoon
olive oil
60 ml
1/4 tea spoon
garlic powder
1 ml
PREPARATION
- 1. Combine pepper, paprika, salt, thyme and flour.
- 2. Coat the fish fillets in the mixture of spices and flour.
- 3. In a non-stick pan, add the olive oil, heat over medium high heat and brown the fillets until cooked.
- 4. Remove the fillets from the pan, reduce the heat and deglaze the pan with the dressing, leaving slightly on the heat.
- 5. Tape the tilapia fillets with the sauce obtained in the pan.
