1/2 cup Plain yogourt 125 ml
1 table spoon Lemon juice 15 ml
2 piece Minced clove garlic 15 grams
1 table spoon Oregano in flake 15 ml
1 table spoon Parsley flake 15 ml
2 tea spoon Dried thyme 5 ml
1 tea spoon Ground black pepper 5 ml
2 table spoon Dijon mustard 30 ml
1 cup Original Creamy Le Grec 250 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Mix together all ingredients
  • 2. Place the meat of your choice in a ziploc container or bag, add the marinade
  • 3. Mix well
  • 4. Marinate for 6 to 8 hours in the fridge
  •
