- fresh cod 500 grams
1/4 cup LE GREC ITALIME Dressing -
1 tea spoon chili powder -
1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped -
8 tortillas -
1/2 grated red cabbage -
1/2 finely grated red onion -
1 cup LE GREC ORIGINAL CREAMY dressing -
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Mix the chili powder and 1/4 cup of coriander with the ITALIME dressing
  • 2. Marinate the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes
  • 3. Mix the cabbage, onion, 1/4 cup coriander and ORIGINAL CREAMY dressing in a salad bowl
  • 4. Preheat a frying pan and grill the fish 2 to 3 minutes on each side
  • 5. Let stand for 5 minutes and then break the fish into large pieces with a fork
  • 6. Divide the fish evenly and place it on the tortillas
  • 7. Add the cabbage mixture and serve
  •               
              

NOTES
