PREPARATION
- 1. Mix the chili powder and 1/4 cup of coriander with the ITALIME dressing
- 2. Marinate the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes
- 3. Mix the cabbage, onion, 1/4 cup coriander and ORIGINAL CREAMY dressing in a salad bowl
- 4. Preheat a frying pan and grill the fish 2 to 3 minutes on each side
- 5. Let stand for 5 minutes and then break the fish into large pieces with a fork
- 6. Divide the fish evenly and place it on the tortillas
- 7. Add the cabbage mixture and serve
