2 slices of rustic country bread

2 tbsp Le Grec Spinach dip
|
|
1 cup of holiday leftover meats (turkey, chicken, or raclette meats)
|
|
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
|
|
1 tbsp olive oil (or butter) for cooking
|
PREPARATION
- Spread Le Grec Spinach dip on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the shredded mozzarella on one slice of bread.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Ensure it’s hot but not smoking.
- Add the olive oil (or butter) to the skillet.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwich using a spatula and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes, until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove the grilled cheese from the skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
