PREPARATION
- 1. Cut all ingredients

- 2. Pre-cook potatoes in the oven at 400 F for 20 minutes adding a bit of olive oil

- 3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with the dressing

- 4. Set up the kebabs alternating ingredients

- 5. Cook kebabs on the BBQ grill at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side

- 6. Serve as a side dish
