12 chicken drumsticks skin on -
1/4 cup olive oil 65 ml
11,83 oz LE GREC ORIGINAL dressing 350 ml
1 table spoon paprika 15 ml
1 tea spoon cumin 5 ml
1 tea spoon thyme 5 ml
1 tea spoon ground chili pepper 5 ml
2 tea spoon fresh grated or dry ground ginger 10 ml
2 garlic cloves minced -
4 table spoon Dijon mustard 60 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Mix together all the marinade ingredients.
  • 2. Marinate the drumsticks in the marinade for 6 to 8 hours (one night).
  • 3. For oven baking: In a frying pan, place the olive oil over high heat and brown the drumsticks. Cover a baking pan with a parchment paper and place the drumsticks. Brush with a little marinade and bake at 350°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes. Repeat brushing halfway through cooking time
  • 4. For grilling (BBQ): Place directly on grill, brushing regularly until cooked through. Cook on low heat to avoid burning.
