PREPARATION
- 1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the marinade
- 2. In an enough large container to hold the chops and marinade, cover the meat and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
- 3. Preheat your BBQ until the temperature reaches 375 * F (190 * C)
- 4. Cook on the BBQ for 15 minutes or until desired. (Brush with the marinade while cooking)
