1 baguette

125 ml olive oil

Bag of spring mix lettuce
|

1 Cup of dried cranberries
|
|
125 ml Of maple syrup
|
|
½ Cup of fresh goat cheese
|
|
1 Container of fresh raspberries
|
|
½ Cup of our Le Grec Balsamic dressing
|
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 325° F.
- Cut the baguette in slices. Spread olive oil and fresh goat cheese on them. Put in the oven for 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Caramelize the walnuts in 125ml of maple syrup in a pan.
- Put the lettuce in a big bowl.
- Add the dried cranberries.
- Add the walnuts.
- Add the fresh raspberries.
- Add ½ cup of our Le Grec Balsamic dressing and mix well!
- Place the goat cheese croutons on the salad.
- Serve and enjoy!
