4 orange peppers -
1/3 cup Le Grec dressing 75 ml
1 chopped onion -
1/2 lb ground beed 250 grams
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese -
14 oz tomato sauce 398 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Cut off the tops of the peppers and scoop out the insides.
  • Cook the minced meat with Le Grec Original dressing.
  • Add the onions, meat, and tomato sauce to the meat.
  • Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Generously fill the peppers with this mixture. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the peppers.
  • Cook in the oven for 30 min.
