PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Cut off the tops of the peppers and scoop out the insides.
- Cook the minced meat with Le Grec Original dressing.
- Add the onions, meat, and tomato sauce to the meat.
- Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Generously fill the peppers with this mixture. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the peppers.
- Cook in the oven for 30 min.
