PREPARATION
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C).
- 2. Spread the pitas or tortillas across a baking plate.
- 3. Pour the olive oil over them and spread it well with a brush.
- 4. Add salt and pepper.
- 5. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes for the pitas or 4 minutes for the tortillas.
- 6. Take out of the oven, cut in slices and dip in the Ranch dressing.
