6 ears of corn -
1/2 cup Le Grec Rancher’s Dip -
1/2 cup feta cheese -
1 green onion -
1 tea spoon paprika -
1 lime cut into quarters -
- Salt and pepper to taste -
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Boil the corn for 5 min.
  • Put the corn on the BBQ over medium heat.
  • Once the corn is well grilled, apply the Le Grec Rancher’s Dip along the entire length of each ear.
  • Add the feta, green onion, a little paprika and a squeeze of lime juice.
