1/4 cup LE GREC BALSAMIC dressing 65 ml
- salt and pepper -
3 table spoon sesame oil 45 ml
2 table spoon butter 30 grams
2 salmon fillets -
1 table spoon maple syrup 15 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Mix together all ingredients except fish.
  • 2. Brush the salmon fillets with the basting and let rest for 20 minutes before grilling on your B.B.Q. or in a saucepan.
  • 3. Brush generously throughout cooking.
  •               
              

NOTES
