PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and toast
in the oven until they are golden.
- Prepare the tomato salsa. Cut the tomatoes, keeping only the flesh (remove the
seeds and extract as much juice as possible).
- Mix the tomatoes with the basil, garlic and small sprouts. Add salt and pepper to
taste.
- Add the tomato salsa to the bread slices
- Drizzle some Le Grec Balsamic dressing!
