PREPARATION
- Preheat the barbecue to high (290°C / 550°F).
- In a large bowl, pour the Le Grec Authentique dressing. Add Dijon mustard to taste. Mix well, while adding a little salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl. Toss to coat well.
- Clean and oil the barbecue grills.
- Place the chicken on the grill, pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn the chicken breasts. Close the lid and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
- Place everything on a large serving plate. Incorporate the chicken breasts into a recipe or serve with our ranch papillote, if desired.
- Enjoy!
