    Balsamic Pork Fillets

    Balsamic Pork Fillets

    2 tea spoon oregano 10 ml
    1 table spoon olive oil 15 ml
    1/4 cup LE GREC BALSAMIQUE dressing 65 ml
    2 garlic cloves finely minced -
    2 table spoon maple syrup 30 ml
    1/4 tea spoon salt 1 ml
    1/4 tea spoon black pepper 1 ml
    2 Pork Fillets -
                  
                  

    PREPARATION

                  
                      
    • 1. Mix all the ingredients together.
    • 2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    • 3. Grill on the barbecue on medium heat, with the lid closed for about 18 minutes. Turn and brush a few times during cooking. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    NOTES
