PREPARATION
- 1. Dice the tofu, mushrooms, broccoli and white onion.
- 2. Pour the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetables and the tofu.
- 3. Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes or until everything is tender and grilled.
- 4. Mix the Asian dressing, the sesame oil, and the soy sauce in a bowl. Add to the frying pan.
- 5. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Put in a serving dish and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
