Tofu Lettuce Wrap

PREPARATION
- Drain the tofu block.
- Dice the tofu and mix in a bowl with oil, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic and cherry tomatoes.
- Heat it up in big skillet at medium-high heat.
- Cook and stir for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add in grated cheese.
- Fill in the lettuce leaves.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a drizzle of Le Grec Original Creamy dressing.
