1 baguette cut in cubes |
| Emmental cheese 300 grams
| Gruyère cheese 300 grams
1 garlic clove finely chopped |
4 tea spoon corn starch |
| Pepper to taste |
| white wine 300 ml
¼ cup Le Grec Ranch dip |
| Sides of your choosing (grapes, vegetables, etc.) |
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Put the finely chopped garlic in the fondue pot.
  • Add the cornstarch, cheese and wine.
  • Heat the fondue pot mixing until the cheese is melted and let simmer for a minute.
  • Add ¼ cup of our Le Grec ranch dip and mix well.
  • Serve with the sides.
