PREPARATION
- Fill a bowl with ice cubes. Place a second bowl on top. This will keep the fish cold while the tartare is being prepared.
- Cut the salmon into small cubes and place them in the second bowl.
- Cut the strawberries, cucumber, avocado, and green onion into small pieces.
- Add 1 tbsp. of Le Grec Original Dip and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a nest of arugula with croutons.
