- fresh tartare-quality salmon 500 grams
2-3 Quebec strawberries -
1/2 cucumber -
1/2 avocado -
1 green oinon -
1 table spoon Le Grec Original Dip -
- Salt and pepper to taste -
- For the presentation: nest of arugula and a drizzle of Original Dip (for the sauce lovers, who want more! -
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Fill a bowl with ice cubes. Place a second bowl on top. This will keep the fish cold while the tartare is being prepared.
  • Cut the salmon into small cubes and place them in the second bowl.
  • Cut the strawberries, cucumber, avocado, and green onion into small pieces.
  • Add 1 tbsp. of Le Grec Original Dip and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve on a nest of arugula with croutons.
