2 Slices of Mozzarella cheese |
2 Hamburger buns |
1 piece Avocado |
1 piece Tomato |
2 tea spoon Tsp of oil |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
| Le Grec Ranch dressings |
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Remove the ends of the portobello mushrooms and brush the caps with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  • 4. During baking time, toast the breads and cut the avocado and tomato.
  • 5. Combine the burgers, adding the Mozzarella cheese and the pieces of avocados and tomatoes. Add a drizzle of Ranch Le grec dressing to taste.
