PREPARATION
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Remove the ends of the portobello mushrooms and brush the caps with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- 4. During baking time, toast the breads and cut the avocado and tomato.
- 5. Combine the burgers, adding the Mozzarella cheese and the pieces of avocados and tomatoes. Add a drizzle of Ranch Le grec dressing to taste.
