2 big salmon fillets grams
1/2 Onion cut in slices
10 Asparagus
2 table spoon Olive oil
1/2 tea spoon Basil
Italian Le Grec Dressing
Salt and pepper
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush the two salmon fillets, the onions and the asparagus with the olive oil and place in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the basil and drizzle generously with Le Grec Italian vinaigrette.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon.
