PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the two salmon fillets, the onions and the asparagus with the olive oil and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the basil and drizzle generously with Le Grec Italian vinaigrette.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon.
