PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F
- Spread the filling on the precooked pie shell
- Whip the eggs, cream and maple syrup. Pour the egg mixture on the pie shell
- Cook in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with a fresh salad combined with Le Grec\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s dressing!
