1 9 inch pre cooked pie shell
For the egg mixtureeggs
4 eggs
light cream (5%) 375 ml
maple syrup 175 ml
For the filling
1/3 cup cheddar
1 cup diced ham
1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup green onions
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F
  • Spread the filling on the precooked pie shell
  • Whip the eggs, cream and maple syrup. Pour the egg mixture on the pie shell
  • Cook in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with a fresh salad combined with Le Grec\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s dressing!
