1/3 cup Onion Confit – see Le Grec Onion Confit basic recipe 80 ml
1 table spoon Dried golden raisins 15 ml
2 cup Dried cranberries 30 ml
1 Double cream Brie 450 grams
- Baguette and crackers -
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Combine the dried fruits in a microwavable bowl and cover with water.
  • 3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Drain and mix the warm plumped fruits with the caramelized onions.
  • 5. Place Brie in the center of a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
  • 6. Top with the onion-fruit mixture.
  • 7. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • 8. Transfer to serving platter or board and serve immediately with bread and crackers.
