Dried fruit onion confit with baked Brie

PREPARATION
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Combine the dried fruits in a microwavable bowl and cover with water.
- 3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- 4. Drain and mix the warm plumped fruits with the caramelized onions.
- 5. Place Brie in the center of a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
- 6. Top with the onion-fruit mixture.
- 7. Cook for 15 minutes.
- 8. Transfer to serving platter or board and serve immediately with bread and crackers.
