1 piece English cucumber |
1 piece Red onion |
1/2 cup Cup cherry tomatoes. |
1 piece Bell pepper |
1 can of chickpeas. |
1/2 cup Cup of feta cheese in small cubes. |
| Le Grec Caesar dressing. |
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  • 2. Wash your vegetables
  • 3. Cut your cucumber, your ½ red onion and bell pepper into small pieces and your cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 4. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and add the Le Grec Caesar dressing to taste.
  • 5. Bon appétit!
