1 lb Ground Beef 454 grams
4 hamburger buns -
3 cup Romaine lettuce cut into large pieces 750 ml
8 pre-cooked bacon slices -
1/4 cup Mayonnaise 65 ml
1/4 cup LE GREC CAESAR dressing 65 ml
1 table spoon Parmesan cheese 15 ml
2 tea spoon chopped capers 10 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Make 4 meatballs for burgers.
  • 2. Mix together mayonnaise, LE GREC CAESAR dressing, parmesan cheese and capers.
  • 3. Bake the meatballs on the grill or in a saucepan.
  • 4. Mix the sauce with the salad.
  • 5. Grill the buns and garnish the burgers with meat and salad mixture.
  • 6. Add bacon and serve.
  •               
              

NOTES
