PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425 degrés F.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Coat all sides of the cut cauliflower with the mixture.
- Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes and flip over pieces at the halfway mark.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a Le Grec Ranch dip.
