2 sliced zucchinis -
1 red onion -
2 peppers (colour of your choice) -
- Baby potatoes 450 grams
- Le Grec Original dressing 100 ml
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. Cut all ingredients
  • 2. Pre-cook potatoes in the oven at 400 F for 20 minutes adding a bit of olive oil
  • 3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with the dressing
  • 4. Set up the kebabs alternating ingredients
  • 5. Cook kebabs on the BBQ grill at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side
  • 6. Serve as a side dish
