| 1 brie (250 g) |
| 1 baguette |
| 1 large onion, sliced |
| 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced |
| 20 g crushed hazelnuts |
| 15 ml maple syrup |
| 1 tbsp honey (for finishing) |
| 40 g Le Grec Onion Dip (for the center of brie) |
| 10 g butter or oil for cooking onions |
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1.Caramelize onions: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook 10–12 min until golden and tender. Add maple syrup, cook 2 more min.
  • 2.Prepare brie: Cut brie horizontally in half.
  • 3.Fill: Spread the Le Grec Onion dip on bottom half, add caramelized onions, pear slices, and hazelnuts. Cover with top half.
  • 4.Cooking: Place in a small ovenproof dish, bake 10–12 min at 180 °C (350 °F) until warm and slightly melted.
  • 5.Finish: Drizzle with honey just before serving, with toasted bread or crackers.
