1.5 cup Original Dressing Le Grec 350 ml
2 table spoon Brown Sugar 30 ml
2 small Garlic clove finely sliced 40 grams
1 table spoon Fresh grated ginger 15 ml
1 tea spoon Sriracha 5 ml
1 pinch Salt 0.5 ml
1 pinch Pepper 0.5 ml
3 piece Finely chopped shallots 60 grams
              
              

PREPARATION

              
                    
  • 1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the marinade
  • 2. In an enough large container to hold the chops and marinade, cover the meat and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  • 3. Preheat your BBQ until the temperature reaches 375 * F (190 * C)
  • 4. Cook on the BBQ for 15 minutes or until desired. (Brush with the marinade while cooking)
