10 red cherries, pitted and halved

20 ml honey

100 g Le Grec Onion dip

PREPARATION
- 1. Gently separate the endive leaves, keeping them whole.
- 2. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of Le Grec Onion dip into the center of each leaf.
- 3. Top with half-cherries, chopped walnuts, and pieces of blue cheese.
- 4. Drizzle lightly with honey before serving.
